I've been shopping for a inground or semi inground pool .I can't believe how independent they are . Not impressed. When things get back to normal we will see in how many people will run to get a pool ! Enjoy it while it lasts .

I made a bad choice. poor service. They make you sign the contract. no answer the phone. after we have to wait for them. for me too late. Mr. Cloutier your reply make us laugh. we paid half 3 month ago. club piscine delived things 1 month ago excavation done last week. general manager Mr cloutier went to vacation . Mr Jean Francois saying we have to wait 3 more week.

Poor after sale service...Buyer beware. On July 11, 2020, we put a down payment on a semi in-ground pool to be installed at the beginning of May 2021. Our contract stipulates that a resource from Aquabois is to come and evaluate our land to ensure that the pool will fit and to design the plans. To this date (November 13, 2020), we have not heard back from Aquabois. We have left a number of emails with the staff of Club Piscine to contact Aquabois in regards to the evaluation. The staff at club piscine did respond to each of our emails, however, we have not hear back yet from Aquabois. We have been told time and again that Aquabois will be contacting us. The contract stipulates that the evaluation must be done by this year (2020) We don't feel confident with Aquabois and are starting to question whether we selected the right retailer to purchase our pool. Will we get the service we paid for or not? Will our pool installation date be respected? We hope so.

STAY AWAY! Our experience was horrible from beginning to end. First of all the sales person told us this store was a corporate store. It turned out not to be - the owner has some sort of relationShip with the founders of the brand. Secondly, after several days of delay Vs the start date they promised us, they only decided to be start digging when we called to cancel the contract and get back our deposit. If we had not done this they would not have started as fast as they did. Their process is to advance construction to the point where they reach equipment delivery and then bill you 70% of the contract and you are at their complete mercy. No one will cancel a contract after paying 70% of a 35k pool. The construction process was pure hell. We asked for a 6foot deep pool they gave us 7.5ft ..... we were told to either live with it or it would cause another month of delay. Our project manager Dino quit during the summer as we was getting complaints from many many unhappy customers during the summer from all the delays and could not handle it. We had many weeks of delay (this pool was installed last summer so had nothing to do with covid). When we called to complain we were told it was extremely hard to find external installers (cause nothing is done by them but by subcontractors) and they could not afford to upset them by putting pressure on them. Denise Bissonnette - their head of customer service was absolutely unpleasant to deal with. Could not care less about customer satisfaction. What are they doing hiring such a person. She told us we would be compensated at the end of the project because of the construction errors, delays and poor project management. When the project ended she sent an email saying we dont compensate customers. Pay your bill or we will send you in collection. Do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere.

Before we signed the contract everything was fine. But all the disaster started during the delivery. First of all they did not deliver everything. Second of all, the delivery guy damaged our garage panel as well as the asphalt. Also, there was no after sale service. Whatever we were asking they were saying check the YouTube. Few days later they repaired the panel. For the asphalt, they asked the estimate from the specialist. It was sent to them via registered mail. After almost month and a half, we contacted the transport company and they refused to pay, first saying that they did not receive the mail, then saying that they have already paid us. We called the Club Piscine and gave them one hour to fix the issue. We also told them that if not we will be complaining to OPC. Hour later, the driver showed up and asked us to sign the paper before showing us the cheque. Once we signed and she gave us the cheque, we realized that the last name was not spelled correctly. We kindly asked the driver to return the signed paper and leave with the cheque in order to correct it. She refused completely, insisting that her boss must authorize it. We called M. Michel from the transport company and he instead of resolving the issue said that “ vous êtes quelque chose comme un client ( you are something like a client) “. We said that if she is not giving the paper back then we will call the police as she is not allowed to leave the incorrect cheque and the signed paper. After back and forth, the driver corrected the cheque. Please be aware that their prices are little low, but there is no customer service. Trevi is better. We learned our lesson.
