Disappointed in the customer service. Brought back paint that had been mixed wrong. It wrecked all my walls I sent so much time on, as the second coat was not the right color they mixed wrong, so came to the store to get the proper color. The first customer service said “it was the machine that wasn’t entering colors in right, it was a huge inconvenience for us too”, after I had stayed this was a inconvenience for me to have to redo it. Manger came along, refused to replace my paint supplies I bought there which can be seen on my account. In the end they replaced a brush (which I had to fight to get) And 2 rollers. Keep up the great work... smh
I use cloverdale everyday love these guys there amazing customer service and knowledge is fantastic all the staff are amazing to the north store awesome guys
