I really liked Cloverleaf Extra Old White Cheese until something happened. It started to crumble whenever I cut it. Or try to cut slices off. It used to work fine but lately within the last half a year or more I get maybe 1 block that is good that will cut into slices and the rest just crumble into pieces. I do love the taste and still buying for now - until I can find a re-placement - So something changed - the recipe maybe??? Hopefully they will fix this as I bought it for years and then one day it was different int he cutting of it.
