Really great service. Had an issue with the internet speed. Technician Sam came in and fixed all the issue. Sam followed health and safety protocols perfectly. Now it’s all working great again. Thanks for the help during these difficult times. Really great customer service. Keep up the great works.

TL;DR: decent speed, excellent customer service and technician. The speed of the connection is somewhat variable, but their customer service is generally quite responsive to complaints. The internet service is built in to the rent cost in my building, so I can't comment on price, but the speed is usually around 30-50 Mbps. Issues with excessive low speed and downtime are generally resolved quickly through their support line. In response a recent complaint over a long weekend where an access point in an adjacent unit had malfunctioned and nobody was home, Cloudwifi sent a technician to install a new access point in my unit after the weekend. The technician, Sam, was polite, quickly installed the access point, activated an ethernet port in my unit, and performed speed tests on both of them. Overall, Sam did a good job and I am happy with my experience.
Service is unbeatable in terms of value for speed. I've had zero issues with downtime or reliability in the past 4 years, even during bad storms. When setting up, they sent a technician over twice to troubleshoot even though the issue ended up being my fault (I had an old router patched with DD-WRT that was buggy).
My wifi was a real pain and I emailed support quite upset with the performance (which I should've earlier) and their response and action truly impressed me. They were on it right away fixed all my problems, replied in minutes, and were very proactive. Would highly recommend.
