Angela came to my house to measure and design a pantry for me. She had samples, drew up a plan and gave me a quote right away. She understood what I was looking for, and gave me options to stay within my budget. Delivery was 1 month later: Matt arrived early despite the ice storm! (I suspect Christmas and New Years slowed delivery, may be faster other times of year). He put down protective blankets under his equipment, was clean and precise. Work looks great.

I had a home consultation and the designer arrived, looked at the space and then he suggested a preliminary design that we modified a bit to make it suit my needs to the best. He drew up the concept, we discussed the price and finally I placed my order. I had 2 closets installed and it happened in less than a month. Super satisfied. Now my home is more organized. Thank you Shaun M. and the team at Closets by Design.
Been waiting months for a callback or simple update on unfinished work in our home due to initial incorrect installation. Impossible to get a response or timely follow up.
Shaun was incredible! He is such a thoughtful and attentive designer, and truly cares about the clients needs. He does beautiful work, and I would highly recommend him to anybody. Could not be happier- thank you Shaun and everyone at Closets by Design :)
Not recommended at all! They gave me first appointment for someone to come for designing and giving a quotation, No one showed up. Second appointment... no one showed up. Third appointment... it worked. On the day of installation, no one showed up. No value for people’s time.
I had my closets installed 18 months and initially had no issue, although the installers were third rate. But fall 2018 I started noticing a putrid smell coming off my clothes in one section of the built ins. I tried spraying, I tried fabric softening sheets, I tried bars of soap...nothing helps! It’s so bad that my grandchildren have noticed it. The company never called to check if we were satisfied. Their discount is false...the original price is inflated. The company was very quick for payment. I would not recommend this company. Go elsewhere.
I can only describe the service as amazing! I called on a Monday to schedule a consultation appointment and the designer, Sylvie, was here on Thursday. I described what I wanted, and Sylvie understood right away. She explained what could be done and drew a beautiful sketch. Sylvie did a great job accommodating my budget without compromising on the design and details. I cannot thank her enough! I highly recommend CBD and Sylvie for any projects that you have! This was for a large wall unit in my sons small room. Storage solution found! Sylvie is the BEST!
Some designer came to my house, took approximate measurements (when I asked when someone else would come to take the real measurements he said, to my surprise, that this was it basically). When the modules arrived the installation team had to make them fit, the measurements were off... There was a lot of cutting and adjustments required. I felt sorry for the poor guys, they worked really hard for me to have an ok result. I was also told by the so-called designer that the installation crew would take the current shelves off the wall - which wasn’t true, I had to do it myself. I contacted customer service to tell them how unsatisfied I was. I was then promised some belt holder gear for free (whatever). After calling two times to follow up on that promise (I wasn’t getting anything in the mail) I just gave up. Never received anything. Please don’t do business with this company - they’re the worse. Hats off to the installation crew - they really did miracles to make everything fit.
