My experience wasn't great. After you pay and sign in then put on your harness and go through the short training to operate the self belay you have less than 45 minutes to climb then they kick you out to make room for the next group. Just when my 5 yr old was getting comfortable with the harness, heights and self belay our session was over. And if you want to go on the 2 really fun obstacles, well you have to pay extra for that. Employees were great and patient and knowledgeable.

Love this place. Very cozy and welcoming place. It's fun for all ages. Kids have a blast there. Staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the stuff in there. Very clean and tidy. It is always better to sign the waiver from home beofre you go there. Plenty of choices. Walls are being clean throughly.

Don’t go if you expect any sort of social distancing. The activity itself was well-distanced, but the incoming and outgoing groups were all herded through the narrow entry way at the same time. They should be allowing fifteen minutes for changeover. Additionally, the mezzanine was closed while we were there and there weren’t any available tables where we could sit and watch.

A creative way to spend an evening! The staff was helpful and enthusiastic about their work, offered tips along the way, and the environment was clean and welcoming. Adult only evenings are Thursdays and weekdays are less busy. Make sure to come 10 mins early!!! Would go again

I would never recommend this place to anyone. There are a lot of other great places to take your children. I highly recommend picking another place.

Booked a Birthday party for my daughter. They staff were great at helping with a couple waivers i was having trouble with when we arrived. They had the room nicely decorated and set with plates, juice, balloons and some snacks. The instructors giving the initial instruction as well those on the floor were GREAT with the kids. Encouraging their climbs and interacting with them, even saw them help a lil one to put water in his cup. Kids all had a blast!

I brought my kids to this over the Xmas break and I also joined in on the activites. It was a blast! I climbed 25 walls in the hour and I think my kids even topped that! We had the place basically to ourselves so that made it even more fun. It would be great if they had a family discount as I could easily see us going back again. Great fun and varying challenges for all ages.
