I did a bunch of medical tests and no one called me to let me know my results. I had to call them myself and then a nurse told me that I will need a prescribed medication as I have an infection and that the doctor will call me back for that. It has been 2 weeks already that I am waiting for the doctor to call me. I don't even know if at some point I'll be receiving a call. And I chose a private clinic because I knew that I would get a rapid service, but it is not true with Medicym. I would not suggest this clinic if you have any emergency.

Awesome place ! If you don't have time to waste in the public system like me, you should really get an appointment there. All the team is very efficient and kind too, so I strongly recommend it.
I tried having a family doctor there and although the appointment was right away the whole appointment took 15 minutes and the doctor honestly couldn't care less about me. It was all \yeah that's fine.\ She gave me medication and sent me my way. I got my blood results a week later and her secretary called me- not even her as she had promised! And since I had a simple question about my medication I asked. The doctor told me that for any question I need to book an appointment and to come in. When I complained saying it was a simple question that she would answer in 1 minute, the doctor asked the clinics secretary to call me back with the answer! I feel worthless of her time although I paid 500 for 15 minutes with her. Their service quality is really bad for the price they request.
When I opted for a private service, it was to receive a faster service with less hassle. I decided to have my annual checkup done here. Subsequently it resulted in a few more follow-up appointments. The problem is exactly with the follow-ups, the after sales service is actually quite horrible. Doctors (or at least mine) she doesn't call back when I leave messages. I got to chase them down with my own follow up calls to speak with rude receptionists. No written dossier or anything. Everything is done haphazardly. It's quite surprising and frustrating. Once she called me while I was driving and I asked her to send me the details by writing and she said to pass by the counter to pick it up. When I did, nothing was done but a printed out Form. No explanation, recommendations... Nothing. My previous clinic in Montréal was really sharp. The doctor would follow up, send emails. You sat down with them for an explanation and action plan. They handed over a booklet with the latest results or compilation of results. This clinic, or maybe my doctor, is sadly enough not living up to expectations, and I'm not a fussy customer either. I just believe in a strict minimum level of service. Will be shopping around for another one as this one has already received too much of my attention for nothing in return.
2nd time there. Private clinic should NORMALLY give better service but I guess all depends on who is checking you up... Never do they take blood pressure nor do they use their stethoscope !!! I had to ask for the Doctor to verify my lungs !!! Can't believe we paid over 200 for such a poor service !!!!! Very disappointing! And last thing, if you come for more than 1 problem, the beauty is they charge you for each and every questions/problem!!!! Last time for me !!!
