very bad service rude staff the receptionist she didn't respect the patients and thye call me from this clinique to told me that the Dr.will never follow up with my wife she's pragnent from 6 months and now they told use that the Dr.will never follow up with my wife because she have covid after that we wait the call from the Dr. No one call and we have email confirmation for call appointment yesterday and no.one support us please I need to talk with someone responsible in this clinique to really support in this situation

I sent my referral 3 weeks ago and they told me that they will call me to give me an appointment. I never got a call , just waste of time . The phone line is always busy also , never possible to talk to someone .Place to avoid

Today after one taugh year and changing three gynecologist I had a great experience with Dre Gagnon. She is really warm, patient. She listened to me carefully and answered all my questions with smile and in details. Helpful staff. Everything was on time.

Pour mon premier rendez-vous, je n'ai pas téléphoné. Je me suis déplacé sur les lieux et on m'en a fixé un tout de suite pour la semaine suivante. Cette journée là, je suis arrivé 5 minutes avant l'heure de mon rendez-vous et je n'ai même pas eu le temps de m'asseoir. On m'a fait passer à l'instant. Docteur Murray aime sa vocation. Elle est complète. Rarement été aussi bien servi et traité en gynécologie!!!

Très difficile de communiquer de vive voix avec la secrétaire, autant par téléphone qu'en personne!!!! Même pas possible de lui mentionner qu'il n'y a plus de papier de toilette tellement elle est occupée au téléphone !!! On repasse pour l'approche client!!! En revanche, Dr. Jean est extra !
