I walked in there every day for 30 days looking for weights. Never any, I ask can I order or can you call me when some come in, 'NO' was what I was told. Today, voila weights on the floor, I pick them up go to counter and sales rep says 'oh sorry those are spoken for' and I am not able to purchase. Was not offered the same service as this other customer who had these on hold and was simply told really sorry. I am definitely never returning, even though I live and work in the neighbourhood. I will be driving off of the peninsula for all future weight purchases, Thank you for nothing!

Store is always empty but I gave it a chance. All the clothes are from 2 seasons ago at least. Not at all happy with my purchase or the emplyees. The reviewer Guanj is right! Note to self :check review before you lose
I had a fantastic experience at Cleve's. Located on the top floor of Parklane Mall, entering off Dresden Row, will provide the fastest access. Although, the Mall has some of the most affordable downtown parking. I went into buy a pair of gloves and left with gloves and a nice shirt . I felt the gloves were reasonable priced compared to everywhere and especially compared to stores downtown. The service was very prompt and accommodating. I walk with canes and so I needed to find the perfect glove (thin, yet warm). The staff took the time to learn about my needs and bring me several options, explaining the various advantages and disadvantages. The store could improve on in-store signage but this is such a minor detail. The atmosphere of the store is very nice. It is well-lit and provides space between clothing racks.
I went in for sneakers and a new winter jacket. The ladies there were really awesome! They didn’t have my size, but were very helpful in calling the other store to bring my size in for me.
Friendly staff, always helpful. Best skate sharpen in metro hands down. Also the manager is awesome!!
