I had 2 doors installed in March 2019. The purchase of the doors with Shaun and the installation service by Eric and Mark were professional, accommodating and fast. Highly recommend Clera Windows and Doors. Thank you Gentleman.
We installed a patio door and a kitchen window. We paid extra for the pin locks (at bottom and top)that were supposed to be installed but they ordered the wrong ones for the door and we have yet to receive them, even after numerous phone calls. We had to have install person come back to reseal bottom of door as caulking shrunk and bugs were coming in under the door. We also had to arrange for the install person to come back ourselves (which took over a month) as the Brantford location didn't want to. The screen door keeps coming off the tracks as well, and it's been less than one year of install.
We have been so happy in our dealings with Clera windows as we've gradually replaced all of the doors/windows in our home over the past 5 years. Very professional and friendly staff and installers that really know their stuff. They offer a high quality, easy to use products with great financing options.
