I had surgery yesterday and found the entire process seamless. I was in at 7 am on the OR table by 8 am and loaded into the car at 10:35. Staff was amazing, very kind, and thorough. I had to go in alone due to the pandemic they didnt want extra people in the center so I was was pretty nervous but the nurses and Dr. Lazare were very understanding and made me feel at ease.

Absolute scam. I paid nearly 800 for a consult in Nov 2019, was told they’d arrange a procedure. Followed up in Dec 2019 and was told my consulting Dr was on vacation, then I never heard from them again. I’m in the process of filing a complaint with the regulatory body. Essentially, if you have a legitimate health concern that won’t make them tons of money, they will just blow you off. I eventually got my surgery through the public system as it was deemed “urgent”. Not urgent to the staff at False Creek apparently.

I went in for my septo rhinoplasty surgery today, and all of the nurses, anesthesiologists, and everyone working was so nice and so wonderful! I was all alone and was very scared, and everyone there made me feel so much better, they made me laugh and helped me every second before and after the surgery, I highly recommend this clinic! So wonderful! Thankyou everyone that was there today (June 30th)! You made my day so much better than I thought it was going to be!
