Had a knee replaced about 2 weeks ago at this clinic. The experience I had was excellent from the moment I entered the clinic until I left. Dr Zarnett answered all my questions and showed concern for my recovery. The nurses-every one who was with me during this surgery were so kind and caring. I felt so cared for. I absolutely would and have recommended this clinic to friends. I am so grateful Dr. J. Schantz recommended them to me. Ilanit was always extremely professional and very quick to respond to any of my inquiries. If you can go private go here.

I had my surgery there today. I had a pleasant experience. Check in was right on time, receptionist was nice and humorous. And the nurses were friendly as well. I don’t remember all of their names, Nina and Eva took care of me Post-op. My recovery period was short, but I was able to see how they (other nurses as well) took care of the other patients. I was craving for coffee: they made me coffee! Besides that, the OR nurses were friendly and understanding. Anesthesiologist Dr.T was very professional and I had a good, trouble free wake up after the surgery. He gave me the right amount of sedatives that I didn’t feel much drowsiness, bad taste, or post-op nausea/ vomiting, and cherry on top: No pain! Overall: I had a great experience, everyone there is professional and deserves a five star!

I just got my weight loss RNY surgery yesterday and am completely pain free today! Centric Health has the best doctors and nurses that I have ever seen. They are informative and very caring. I am happy that I got my surgery here.

I wad at this clinic for day surgery. My intake was excellen. Surgery started with a conoclation from anastigolist and doctor performing surgery. Both explained upcoming events exclently. The issue was when I came through. Two of the three nurses had bad attitude talked down to me and were rude. I am not sure why they picked a profession where they are care givers. I was rushed out of recover in minutes after we had a disagreement about my ride home. The nurse threatened me with a 300 dollar surcharge. She told me there were law in place about discharge. After I asked to see these laws on Canadian criminal code I was told to be quite. She could not provide this information. Other than Mena a great experience. Just hope you don't wake up to this power tripping nurse. I call it ANS ( angry nurse symptom). I had a great surgen and that what counts at the end of the day. I wish more people would conduct them self's in a professional manner. Or mabey pic s job where they don't have to deal with humans.
