This is the second time I work with Clearit. In this time they completed the custom clearance for 20 feet container. They gave me a good advises in collecting the required documents from my suppliers and they are completed the custom clearance on the time in a professional way. They are the best custom clearance company in Canada. They are working online and they gave me the best price. I really recommend this company for any one wants to make a custom clearance even though he/she doesn't have an experience in importing products before.

Tried to contact Clearit during business hours and got no response. ended up emailing them with a very simple shipment of trailer parts to clear and they were not able to do so telling me in an email \we do not have the manpower to deal with such shipments\. I do not recommend
Brutally bad service. Can't even get a commercial account setup correctly after 5 days. On-line chat is a joke, 10-15 minute wait between responses, by different people every time who don't read the chat history. If you want an exercise in frustration, use Clearit.ca.

I requested information to use this service by telephone, email and their company website multiple times and never received a response from any of the sources listed above. I escalated my communications to the owner Adam Lewis via email and voice call - left 2 messages and still never received a response. This seems a little unusual to me for a business of this nature... Hope you have a better experience. Good Luck.
