Tried the service for around a month. Had some scheduling issues where i was informed at 10 in the night that the cleaning would not take place the following day when it was committed before. I was not satisfied with the kitchen cleaning. Counter tops and sink were not professionally scrubbed and dsinfected as I was told it would be. Garbage was not taken out at least twice. Table in my kids room was not cleaned and left sticky. I also had an issue with the speed. My basement is just a hall with minimal furniture and 2 hours were spent just there and consequently other important areas were ignored.

They clean all of our office locations and do a great job each visit. Such a pleasure to have them!
I would not encourage people to use this service simply based on their lack of customer service. How does one operate a business and yet does not have the courtesy to return phone calls? I purchased a Groupon for this service for a friend in early September, he has left numerous messages to schedule his house cleaning and nobody has returned his calls. I personally left a message requesting a call back and did not hear back from them. Have called Groupon and filed a complaint against their service and will also be calling the Better Business Bureau.
The house was completely spotless, the staff are amazing! Best cleaning service so far.
I DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! We had a cleaner come from Maids from Royalty Cleaning on Tuesday and cleaned this room unsupervised Items appeared to be missing after the visit. Immediately contacted the company and spoke to Antoinette from Maids from Royalty. Unfortunately as Antoinette pointed out with out video surveillance and a CSI team (suggested finger print analysis) this was a false accusation. I sent detailed e-mails of how I knew it went missing that week and only after a visit from Maids from Royalty but since we don't have surveillance camera's in our bedrooms I can not hard prove it was taken by them. Keep in mind they are fully insured but only if you can provide hard evidence. I learned my lesson the hard-way
