Not an easy company to deal with. Be aware of AUTO RENEWALS. They will take their product back but continue to charge you for services they are no longer providing to companies. There is no clear notice of auto renewal to know when your contract is up or of even knowing what your contract dates are! After a decade of business with them they threw it away for one rental. Also really bad at sending invoices on time.

My company bought a reconditioned water cooler from Classwater on April 11/16 and it came with a 3 month warranty. It stopped working properly (not cooling) on July 14th , just 3 days over the 3 month warranty period. When I called to ask them if it was still covered they said no, sorry, it would cost 200 for someone just to take a look at it. I later left a message and sent an email to the owner, Bill Solomon, and didn't even get the courtesy of a response. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Sam Maduri
