If we could give this company a more than 5 star review we would! We rented a SUV from Michael at Classique Rent a Car, it was a last minute request and we needed a SUV with winter tires, we called countless rental companies and none of them could guarantee a car with winter tires. Thanks to Michael, we were able to get one! He was very accommodating and polite, patiently answered all our questions and even worked after hours to support and coordinate our request. This will definitely be our go-to place for future car rentals in Vancouver! Pick up and drop off service was also very smooth and easy. Thank you Michael for such outstanding customer service!

It is located downtown Vancouver. so it is easy to pick up and drop off car. While using cars, they offered parking lots, anytime I could drive the cars. So convenient! Also the staff were so kind.

We are very happy about the service we have received and the car. Pick up and drop off were very fast. We were also able to choose between 2 cars. Stuff very helpful. Consider to stay in Pinaccle Hotel as the rental is next to the hotel's reception desk. It was very easy to be in touch with them as they were answering to my e-mails very fast and provided with sufficient and professional info.

The man who helped us was very accommodating, and every aspect of the rental was well taken care of. The car was well maintained, and exactly as I requested. I was even able to park my own vehicle in their lot free of charge. Very simple application process, and very competitive pricing.
