The owner is a very nice but extremely busy man. He seems to be overbooked with service calls and cant keep up. I dont like to write reviews on companies. But this was pretty extreme. While he is trying to race through 5min service calls. After many promised and failed attemps to come to my house...he eventually showed up while i was away for a weekend. He had been and gone before i found out he was coming. He came to wire a pump properly. And after the pump had not been on for a while. He did not monitor its performance after he worked on it. Well there was a problem and the pump vibrated many components of the tub loose till the whole tub leaked out. I came home 2 days later to an empty tub and pumps screaming away with no water. Now nothing works...ZERO. I have a shell of a hot tub...4 days before, i was sitting in hot water with 2 of 4 seats jets pumping. And he still wanted money!!!!

I've had my hot tub from classic spas about two months now. Couldn't be happier. I use it twice a day at least. Perfect working order, looks brand new. It's changed my life actually. I sleep better, stress levels are far lower...just a great way to end the day. Darren was very helpful and knowlegable. I had a lot of questions after my purchase as this was my first tub. He responded in a timely manner and was always happy to help. My only caution to those visiting classic spas for the first time is to not let the ambience of the yard scare you. I went in the middle of winter...it was slushy and muddy and all the tubs are stored outside. I'll admit I was wondering if I was making a good choice by stopping in. But, once I stepped inside and saw the three tubs Darren was working on for other customers...my mind was at ease and I went and picked one out that day. The model I chose is around 12000 brand new. I paid 4800. That included delivery, extra thick cover and a 2 year warranty! Plus six months of water treatment for your tub. Pretty sweet deal! Very happy customer here! Go take a look before you buy brand new! Thanks again Darren. Cheers!

Couldnt be happier. Darren came diagnosed the problem and came back the next day installed new pump. Now my wife and I can enjoy our hottub after our Valentine's date. Thank you soo much Classicspas. Great service great price equals very satisfied customer

we bought a used tub 3 years ago now. we had deliver on time, price was great (1/3 of the price of a new one) had one problem and they showed up and it was fixed in five minutes(a plug came undone for the air bubbler) and i lost intersest and resold it my self and paid them to move it and hook it up at the other persons house. excellent job thanks again would definitely recommend them !
