Go elsewhere! I brought in a picture of what I wanted (on the right). After discussing what colors, fonts, and design to be done (all were to be the same as the original) this is what I was given. There was no communication at any time of things being changed or that they could not do something for whatever reason. Nothing. Then they are rude, intimidating, lie and yell when you let them know that you are not happy with what was done and question why it did not look like what was discussed. Have heard many other similar stories since my experience as well. I liked buying items there from the different craft vendors but after two bad experiences there with the owners I will never step foot in that store again.

Always amazing service! I've had a few things made from Class C and love them all!! She also carries fun products for great gift ideas!
WOW this store is so unique. Didn't expect everything to be handmade. My favourite shop by far and it's all local vendors. 10 stars
Love this little store. If you are looking for a quick gift or a stocking stuffer this is perfect place to go. The owners obviously have their heart in the store.
Got owner to make a shirt for my wife for her birthday. Didn't have a clue what I wanted. She helped make it and find other stuff in her store to go with.
Chantelle goes above and beyond to make sure everyone goes home happy. Great customer service and great products in her store. If you are shopping for a gift check this store out.
Cute items to buy but don’t get her to try to do anything custom... she can’t even pick up the phone... only has time to text days apart and then when she decides she isn’t able to do what you asked it is too late. This happened twice. ClassC is exactly what it sounds like. Tried to support local twice and there won’t be a third. #notahappycustomer
I was a vendor for 6 months at ClassC. I found this boutique to be highly disorganized. I was told I didn’t need to bring a display as they “had everything I needed”. I live a few hours away and when I arrived at the boutique, I found out they had no display. I decide to let that slide. But shady things kept happening. I would ask for an inventory list and I would be sent a photo of a computer screen. Yes I said a PHOTO of a computer screen, not a screenshot! I am not the only Maker that has had a horrible experience with ClassC. After my contract ended, I asked for my jewelry to be sent back to me, this took over 4 months and many messages to receive. I obviously paid shipping myself. I received another vendor’s items and my jewelry is so tangled as it was tossed into a garbage bag and shipped off. I have spent hours trying to untangle a massive ball of necklaces. When the issues where brought to ClassC’s attention, I was told “Opps sorry!” If you are a Maker and considering renting a space in this boutique, I’d highly suggest you think long and hard before signing a contract with this awful store!
