Unfortunately, the quality of workmanship was very poor. The owner was incredibly disrespectful and had no interest in resolving my complaints. These guys have been around a long time and clearly have not kept up with basic customer service skills over the years. Will not repeat.
Excellent, efficient and very tasteful. I had the pleasure of working with Aaron to get some engraved plates made expeditiously. Not only did he deliver high quality and tasteful goods, I was impressed by the professionalism and promptness of service. I was under the gun as it was a long weekend and they put my mind to ease, assuring me with confidence that everything would be ready for pick up within a 24-48 hour window.
