I have been buying chemicals and using Clarke to open/close my pool. The gentleman on the desk is always so helpful and knowledgeable regarding my various inquiries. I always feel they care about their customers and always so helpful and accommodating. I would totally reccomend them to anyone. Thanks again. Shannon

We think the world of Clark Pools. They put in our pool, did a great job, service our pool and do a great job. They respond to issues if we have any very quickly. Great place to get a pool from
Not so good. Called a week previously to schedule a service call. Called to say they couldn't come, but did not schedule for another date. Went into the store to pick up a skimmer basket (they don't stock them) as well as skimmer socks. Got the socks and will get the basket somewhere a little more customer focused
I've been here for parts before and called today about if they happen to carry above ground pools which I was informed they do not, when I asked if they knew anyone in the area who did, they said no and then hung up not impressed in their service at all and will not give them any more money. The funny part is that I was going to start pricing out an in ground pool for next year. And was going to put up an above ground for this year to keep the kids happy. Just goes to show how being rude can cost a small business 35,000 in a phone call.
Ignore the negative reviews, 2020 is an exceptional year due to Covid 19 and pool companies are swamped. Clark pools built my pool , open and close it, and service it monthly. I have never known anything other than friendly staff and great service.
