About a week ago I visited this Claire’s location to get my ears pierced and was assisted by an associate named Tansuneet. I really appreciated her professionalism because she took the time to explain the jewelry options/ prices, piercing procedure, and healing process (which a lot of other piercing places do not do). She was also very cooperative when I asked for the markings for my piercings to be moved a couple of times until we agreed on the right spot. The actual process of getting my ears pierced was very quick and relatively painless! My piercings are now healing nicely. Overall, I had an amazing experience at this location and would definitely recommend visiting to get your ears pierced!

I recently just got my second and third lobe piercings done on my left ear. I have 6 other piercings done by professional piercers before, so I know the experience and the effects and outcome of a piercing. Each place I’ve been to every time I have been pierced with a needle but for Claire’s they use a gun. I decided to give it a try. Once the piercing was finished I realized both piercings where sideways and crooked which then eventually made my whole ear swollen and infected due to how close the holes where. I 100% do not recommend Claire’s for piercings for their accuracy of using the gun is ridiculous. Waste of time and a waste of money.

Went for getting my earlobes pierced. A girl named Poonan? did my piercing but when I asked her some questions about material of jewelry but, she didn't seem to have clear knowledge, her explanation was unclear and without confident. I felt nervous to let her do it even. Honestly I regret proceeding with her. Wh en she tried my left lobe, she made error the pin didn't go all the way through my lobe and the buckle came off with the gun... She left it as it was (not even telling me what happened or was sorry or anything) and just did the other one right away. She then suddenly went off somewhere kinda mumbling something to get her boss and asked her to fix whatever was wrong (me just sitting there not knowing what the heck was going on). When I finally asked what's wrong, being confused, the boss finally told me while trying to push the pin through manually through my lobe. The girl never apporogize to me and if course charged me full price at the end. I usually say thank you at the end of procedures at clinics or things like this but honestly I could not say that to her,,, her skill in customer service and professionalism was 0. It caused extra pain, worries, damage on my ear for sure. I was shocked by the service I just paid 70 bucks for. Honestly do not let her pierce you.

My complaint is that the management is very poor when it comes to not providing safety of others with a yellow wet caution floor sign when one lady who work there noticed my cart wheels were a bit wet so she came with the mop to wipe it up I kindly offered and moved it out of the store by the door and she remarked in case someone slips but if she had a yellow wet caution sign then there would be no need for such remarks like this if any customer tracked wet shoes or carts in the store telling people this will make them leave and not invite them!!!! So please get a one

Got my daughter’s ears pierced there, wonderful experience. The girl working there was super funny and made my daughter laugh and feel comfortable during the whole experience. Super thoughtful and very kind. Definitely recommend this store!
