We used City Wide Group to waterproof our basement, their efficiency and professionalism is unparalleled. I would recommend them to anyone I know, as well as their consultant Richard, he made the process, interactions and expectations run seamlessly. I’m grateful for the work they did and how effective it was. They were very accommodating and worked with our schedules to ensure our day to day life wasn’t interrupted. I don’t write reviews often but they deserved a glowing one after our experience. Costs were fair/competitive to the other options out there and they were very respectful about covid restrictions which I cannot say the same about their competitors.

I would like to sing the praises of Richard Grieg from City Wide. I needed an assessment of a crawl space for a property. Richard came to the property completed the review, answered all my questions and explained the process on how to protect the crawl space from water. Richard is very knowledgeable and professional. It turns out that the crawl space was secure and well protected already. Anyone purchasing a older home in Hamilton will need the services of City Wide...I highly recommend them.

I have an excellent experienced working with City Wide group (Tony N) for my basement flooding. Tony's response was very knowledgeable right from the beginning and his courteous recommendation convinced me to go by them rather many other companies. They have completed the waterproofing to protect my basement and I believe they have done it professionally and perfectly. Our experience with City Wide was excellent. From our salesman Richard to the crew who did the job we were very happy. The guys were polite and cleaned up nicely. If you need help with a leak in your basement, give them a call!
