I needed a temporary place in Mississauga (relocated from a different country). Came across CityGates and was thoroughly impressed by the professional and extremely fast /seamless service they provided. The location of the apartment was extremely central (downtown Mississauga) and close (walking distance) to almost every possible amenity you could think of OR need (i.e. Service Ontario, grocery & food outlets, banks, mobile providers, shoppers etc.) Due to Covid - our stay had to be extended and the team took care of that without any issue(s). They also have a maint. person on standby to service the apartment if required (who immediately comes when called for). Maryam is fantastic ! Always a pleasure speaking with her. I was working from home and requested a work desk in advance which was also arranged by them. I would recommend the team to look into upgrading the bed(s) though - were not as comfortable as they could have been (our stay was 6 months (to be transparent - I am comparing it to another short-term rental provider "Premiere Suites" with whom we had to stay with for 2 months before moving to CityGates). But that would be my only constructive recommendation to the team (not a negative point!). Kudos to the team and would definitely recommend them.

We highly recommend City gate suites for anyone looking for a short-term rental. Units were exactly as described and there were no surprises. They are also very central in Mississauga, walking distance to Square One and restaurants. We had to extend our stay longer than initially planned and it was handled smoothly. We would like to extend our gratitude to Maryam who is a very pleasant person to deal with. She is polite, helpful, very responsive, simply a remarkable person. Thank you.

We had to relocate due to a truck hitting the side or our home...when you have 2 cats and a dog, it is difficult to find accommodations. City Gates was fantastic is assisting us find an away home while ours was being renovated. Thank you!!!

It was a lovely experience staying at City gates apartment for 1.5 month. Maryam has been super helpful throughout; super responsive and cooperative. A big thanks to her for going out of the way to help us each time we needed. She is even helping us now after we have travelled back to our country with some important documents we are waiting to receive. Highly recommended to every one for a nice and pleasant stay. Apartment was very clean and tidy located at the centre of Mississauga; everything was nearby.

Don't believe the fake reviews. Check the unit before you rent. 2001 510 Currin The pictures are misleading, the unit is not cleaned but left in the same condition the last tenant had left it. Smells like it's dirty and the internet and TV barely works. Pretty sad for 2500 a month.

A cozy condo apartment set in a strategic location (approx. 2km to Square One mall) , ideal for short stays of 1-6 months. Fully furnished, from furniture to utensils, and cleaning supplies, so that you do not need to spend a dime on home furnishings. Our property manager Mariam was very friendly, prompt, and would quickly resolve any issues we had...I would highly recommend this place for short stays. Also, one could never get enough of the splendid views from the apartment!

We booked City Gate suites when we were flying into Canada during COVID. Everything was perfect - from booking and reservation, checking in all the way to checking out, everything was smooth and seamless. Maryam was extremely helpful and was always there to answer any questions. They even let me extend the stay for another 15 days on very short notice, which was great. The whole apartment was clean and tidy, and they mentioned that the place is sanitized before arrival due to COVID which gave us some peace of mind. Everything you need to have a comfortable stay is included - iron, towels, vacuum cleaner, cutlery and pots and pans, etc. I highly recommend this place, specifically the Grand Park location where we stayed.
