I give this mall 5 stars only because of what it used to be and the potential of what it could be. It’s a great downtown mall complex but has been neglected and abandoned over the years. I honestly don’t know what happened to cause this but I hope so day it’s revitalized so it could give downtown London some spark again. Of course it will take the whole downtown to revitalize as a whole for this to happen. There are signs of this already and hopefully they will continue to improve the downtown core. ️

It seems to be a little bit quieter than this time last year. But there is an up beat of positive people who are genuine in serving your needs on the second floor. Good positive stop and goes here.

Not too sure what can be said about this place. The only reason I go into this place is Dollarama but the hours don't make sense and they're not published. For a onetime gem in this city, now it's just a building on top of a parking garage.

Owned by the Farhi corporation that has gutted most of downtown. Scant businesses but is gearing towards social service tenants which is a much needed and appreciated approach to downtown. It would be nice if Farhi took this approach to all their downtown properties. Though we have lost some beloved tenants in the mall (Rainbow Cinemas ) the remainder, Imagine Cinemas, Bulk Barrel, the downtown branch London Public Library, are wonderful and worth a visit. The library also validates parking so please take advantage of this downtown hub.

'Friends of the Library' bookstore located beside the main branch of the London Public Library within the plaza is a great place for inexpensive mostly used books, magazines, CD's and DVD 's.
