I took the time to look into purchasing a item from this company. It was not the exact item i was looking for but they helped me find something that would do the same job and was as close as possible to the one i was looking for. After taking the time to help decide on the product they took the time to help me with all the other steps questions about duty, taxes and any other fees. The time they spent chatting with me and the information they gave me was amazing.
