The service itself is fine for our first aid kit supply and refill, but the billing and customer service is TERRIBLE. They don't have a consistent contact for our account at their contact centre, regularly bill the wrong account or paying to the wrong account. The contact centre is massive and is staffed with the most unhelpful people. Every customer service experience by phone or email has been long, drawn out and regularly results in another call being made to try to resolve the first issue. Sometimes further issues are created when I try to get 1 simple issue resolved. Cannot recommend them in any way. Currently looking for a new provider - this is not reasonable.
