This is my favourite movie theatre in Montreal - not only does Cinema du Parc show a well-curated selection of films, it maintains the charm of small movie theatres that is lost in a world of Cineplexes. I love the plush chairs, the excitement you feel bouncing off of fellow movie-goers waiting outside the theatre, the (reasonably-priced!) popcorn, and the way you can hear everyone reflecting on the film as you go up the escalator. Going here is one of my most-missed experiences during the pandemic, I hope to come back soon!

It's such an amazing place, the entrance costs me about 9 dollars and I bought a combo with popcorn and soda for other 9. I watched a Korean movie with English subtitles and they have a lot of options based on the languages, you can find French and English movies. The seats are very comfortable.

Great renovation on the seats, best in town, and perfect quality v price on popcorn , drinks and other treats. Super nice staff, clearly happy to be there. Sound system is adaqute but could be updated though.

Great place to see foreign and art films. The theatre could do with a face lift and a better embrace of technology. Even if you buy your ticket online, you still have to stop at the ticket desk to pick up your ticket before seeing an usher to get into the theatre. This means that when there's a line of people who need to buy tickets, you need to wait in that line to pick up your ticket that you already bought online. Inefficient in this modern era.

One of my go to cinemas in Mtl. One of the best Rep theatres in the city. Friendly clerks. Friendly moviegoers. Whatever your background you will feel welcome.
