This was my best experience in a cigar shop ever. I am not a well versed or knowledgeable cigar smoker, and have had some poor cigar shop experiences. The owner here was so nice and helpful, he made some great suggestions for me, worked within my price range and tastes and I loved each one of them. I only wish I lived closer to go more often, but I will 100% be going every time I am in the area and would recommend this store to anybody, beginner or aficionado.

Professional service, great looking clean store, with a large selection of fine cigars. Many other shops in the area have terrible humidors that make great cigars unsmokeable. Cigar Experience has fesh smokes and a beautiful walk in humidor room. If you are in the Niagara area this is the place to grab a few stogies or gifts for the cigar enthusiast.
I am very new to cigars and so I searched up some cigar shops near me, 'Cigar Experience' was the shop with the best reviews. I went into the store expecting good service based on the reviews that I've read and wow, I have never received customer service so great like this before. The owner, Evan, was friendly, generous and most of all, honest. I wasn't forced to buy expensive products and I felt that the buying experience was top-notch. I would highly recommend 'Cigar Experience' to everyone. I will only keep my cigar related business with 'Cigar Experience'.
I liked this place.. I will be buying all my cigars from here unless I travel out of the country. I do wish you would stay open a little later..
