Poor service, I personally went to the office to ask for the replacement of a part of my vehicle. They gave me the full cost of the replacement and gave me an appointment for the next week. However now that I am in the waiting room the service agent tell me that there are no parts in stock, even there were not for a long time ago and they don’t know how long the parts arrive to stock. In addition Technical department agent is not gentle. I west my time.
All the amazing reviews concerning the salesman Andre Latour is true. He took great care of me, explained everything in detail. Took the time to show me around the garage, also took time to explain every option on the car. Very impressed with the service i have received :)

Just made a deal on 2017 RAV4 and had the pleasure of dealing with Andre Latour.. Great experience he went above and beyond.. Taking extra time and showing us all the gadgets and how they work.. Very pleased they now have a customer for life..
