So this weekend I attended Smoke and spurs for the second year and to my surprise some of the same vendors were there. I was especially excited to see Wild Wild West Apparel! I had gone to this vendor last year and bought a pair of boots for myself. The same gentleman "little Kevin" was there this year and when I say gentlemen I'm not exaggerating he was so pleasant, nice and attentive to all my concerns. So when I started looking at the boots he had this year he came over with a great big smile and greeted me. I stated I loved my boots but needed a second pair. He looked down and said Hey I know those boots we had those last year and just like that he put two and two together and remembered me. That was an awesome feeling to not just be a sale but someone he actually paid attention to. He took the same time again this year paying attention to the fact I'm flat footed and comfort is a Must! You maybe asking why I'm going so into depth in this review well I will tell you. This man knows his products and is so awesome at making you feel like his priority not just a sale. If you were to ever want a pair of boots, hat shirt or some bling Go see Little Kevin he will treat you like gold and make sure you leave 100% happy and with the best boots for you

Outstanding customer service. The owners of this store are amazing to deal with. They helped me find the perfect boots for myself, my husband, and my daughter at the rodeo. When we found out we were expecting, we called the store and they shipped us out the perfect boots that we used for our gender reveal. Once our son arrived, they properly fitted his cowboy boots and first cowboy hat as well. They have high quality products which cater to all customers as well as the Rodeo Cowboys and Cowgirls. I can honestly say that they are my go to for all of my hat and boot and belt needs.
Only Place I will buy my hats from! Ask my wife I have to many hats and I'm picky. Little Kevin knows how to pick them and has very reasonable prices. I probably own about 6 to 10 from this company. I also have bought many amazing shirts from Kevin and he's always been a huge help even calling me from the main store with more size options.

BUYER BEWARE UPDATE - the "Management" aka Kevin Kent's response below is a sad effort at trying to cover this up. Old West is a great company and we contacted them directly on the advice of another Cowboy Apparel retailer. Unfortunately because they had already refunded Kevin, they could not assist. Kevin hides behind "manufacturer policy" - however, it is a lie, as we found out after talking to Old West Boots, the manufacturer. When we discovered his tactics, that's when he refused to speak to us and hung up on us. So he has now just simply pocketed our entire 170. Kevin is the most dishonest and fraudulent retailer I have ever encountered. And this is how he treats customers that spend over 600 at his booth in one weekend?! Ram Rodeo and Rawhide event attendees beware - he will scam you too. Purchased a pair of Old West boots from Wild Wild West Apparel booth at rodeo. Heel came off within 2 hours of light use. Manufacturer refunded him for the boots but he REFUSES to refund us. We spoke with the manufacturer and they confirmed that he had already used our photos and information to contact them for a refund and they could not help us. His "friendly demeanor" quickly changed when he found out we knew he had gotten the refund and he refuses to respond to us and even hung up on us. I have no clue how someone with such poor customer service has remained in business. He has essentially been credited for the boots TWICE - and the manufacturer refunded him with the intention of him giving us a refund. He refuses and we were left with damaged boots. Extremely dishonest retailer. Strongly recommend going anywhere else. Avoid his booths at the rodeos. Would rate him zero stars if possible.
1000% recommend everyone stopping in and visiting a wild wild west booth at a rodeo or even the store. I have never experianced better customer service from anywhere I have been then from all the staff and owner! I have been buying boots, belts, shirts and hats from wild wild west for several years now and have never once ever had a bad experience. The boots last forever and the quality of all products are amazing! (Only reason I need to buy different boots ever year or so is because I have underwent different spine operations which cause me to walk differently after each one). They always have a such a great selection of products at different events and it's awsome seeing new things!. It is the best store for out fitting cowboys, cowgirls or just someone needing new boots or a hat. The service is top notch. Again by far the best quality for western wear and no one can best there customer service! Everyone is always smiling and having a great time and so friendly! Cant wait to see them again at The Royal Winter Fair! Just amazing people!!!

Real cowboy apparel for real Cowboys. They cater to rodeos and sell great high quality boots. Not for city wannabe Cowboys
