Here you will find traditional Taiwanese black teas without any artificial flavours. They even have soy options as milk alternatives! The fluorescent sign translates to ‘gulp’ which is cute and adds to the aesthetic with the wooden register stand and Lucky Cats. The milk tea tasted refreshing and the tapioca is made fresh every 3 hours. For more food pictures and reviews of restaurants in the GTA, check out @citygirl.eats on Instagram!

Rude customer service. They decline my order when they were still open. North york location is better.
I came to Chunyang Tea to try one of their most popular drink, the Black Sugar Pearl milk tea with soy milk. It was not overloaded with sugar, and had a light tea flavour. The drink was very tasty when well mixed. The tapioca was soft but not as chewy the way I liked.
Must try their Brown Sugar Pearl with Fresh Milk and Honey Lemon Oolong Tea!
Another Taiwanese bubble tea chain but this one has some items different than the competition. The menu is pretty extensive and I have yet to try it all. The standard milk tea is good but I like that they have aiyu jelly as a topping. It tastes sweet, a bit citrus-y and honey like. Inside, the shop is pretty small inside but with more seating than is expected. Service is fast and helpful. Worth a try if in the area.
This is just my favorite milk tea store! In decoration and taste, this one will win. It is not crowded, too.Worth Recommending!
I got the black milk tea with pudding and it was really delicious!
The brown sugar pearl milk is not milk TEA. Don’t know why people are complaining about how there’s no tea flavour, because there is no tea in it. The brown sugar pearl milk is pretty nice. The bubba is softer than other places. The sweetness is more subtle than other places. The honey lemon oolong tea is like lemonade with a twist of tea.
