Tried renting the 25' Pontoon boat for Canada Day 2020, booked it 6 weeks in advance. We arrived about 5 minutes late for our booking. It was still in the yard. the owner was trying to start it but it wouldn't run. It was sitting at the mech shop for 2 weeks prior to our arrival. I was slightly dumb founded as to why they didn't notify us prior to our arrival. the owner had us sit there while he ran it back to the shop. After about 45 minutes we decided not to rent the boat and went elsewhere. The owner did offer us an 8 hour rental for the cost of 4 hours but the day was already shot and why would we rent a boat that barely runs. seems risky with small kids. Be very aware all the photos on their website has to be at least 10 years old. All the boats in their fleet were run down and in very poor condition, their facility was equally as run down and seem to be run by kids.

Horrible customer service from the owner. My wife called down and asked about a boat rental for the day for us and the kids. We wanted a boat to go tubing in. The girl Who answered the phone said hey had a boat for 325 for 8 hours or 250 for 4 hours. Got down to the marina and was told the boat was not 325 - it was over 500 for the day. When I spoke to the owner and told him we called down he basically called my wife a liar and said she must have called another Marina. We said there is no other Marina named Christina Lake Marina and we definitely called him. We won’t ever rent from them or use their service again. There is another company renting boats now that has a sandwich sign on the highway saying the rent boat. The owner of the Marina didn’t mind trashing the other guy’s company even though he didn’t know the name.
Get fuel for the boat, supplies from the store, cold drinks, toys for the boat as nd good burgers at the burger shack.

Beautiful store and people. If you are looking for boat rentals this is where you need to look. They are able to give you a daily boat license, so you can enjoy the summer fun anytime without needing to get one yourself. They are helpful and a answered all and every question. Reliable boats so need not fear of being stuck or getting in a jam. Good place to get a rental for sure
