I was given a Groupon voucher for a full body massage and it was amazing! Carmen did a great job and I would highly recommend her. It’s a small clinic in the mall but service was friendly and prices were reasonable. I have already recommended the clinic to my friends that are feeling stressed, it really helped

My only critique is that it was a bit tough to find (it is opposite the Tim Hortons), aside from that, a really great massage! Carmen was fantastic, and everyone was nice. Felt clean and safe, masks were required throughout. Definitely recommend!

We had a terrible customer experience at the harbor wellness center. We went in expecting a much better experience given all the positive online reviews, however that was not the case. We purchased a prepaid massage and booked an appointment a month in advance. We called a few days prior to the appointment to confirm, and were told that it is still as scheduled. On the day we drove from Surrey (35 mins one way) and were told 5 mins after the start time off the appointment that they don't have the scheduled person onsite and the session will need to be deferred. We asked then if they would be able to swap one massage session from deep tissue to another type as I had hurt my back. They confirmed that given the inconvenience they would accommodate the request. When we came back for the new appointment, we were informed by the same person, who had previously confirmed it, that they couldn't do the swap and we would need to take the same session as the previous week. When we questioned this change, the person argued that they never made any such commitment and eventually after we called her out on it, we were informed that they made a mistake in telling us that the swap would be accommodated. They left us with no alternative besides taking the massage or requesting a refund. We went ahead with the massage, which to be fair was decent for me, but much better for my wife.

These people are actually really good. Linda is my fav massage therapy as she really focus on the issues you bring up
