This is more than just a skate park. First of all there are bathrooms and a drink fountain. There is a running/walking trail, and a kids playground. There is a small, busy skate park which also has a lot of smaller kids on scooters. There is also some seating for picnics.

Great small skate park that is perfect for those stepping onto a board for the first time or those who are more experienced in the art of shredding. an especially neat highlight is the bank wall where you can try to arc over the flat spot and the bowl for veteran skaters to show their stuff. It even sports a nice playground for younger kids wanting a different option over running around the skate park (and potentially being in the way of oncoming skaters). A great option for those looking to explore a different kind of exercise!

Son loves it there. Some parents need to realize their child isn't the only one there. Everyone needs to take their turn but be careful of the ones who are good at skateboarding. I find the teens are getting a bad wrap. Parents need to relax!
