I cannot say enough about Unger Window and Door, they are truly an exceptional company to work with. We placed a large order for windows and doors through Rona because we wanted to use All Weather Windows for our project. Unger Window and Door is Rona's contract installer for these projects and All Weather Windows is the supplier. Before I go on further I will say that ordering through Rona offered some great perks, including no payments and no interest for 6 months and approximately 10% of the total purchase coming back to you in gift cards and Air Miles. This generated some pretty significant savings on our project. Graham from Unger Window and Door came out and took all of the measurements for our windows and doors, which later turned out to be spot on. The windows took about 6 weeks to arrive but we were very happy with the quality and look of the windows. We got triple pane black windows, inside and out, and it looked amazing when it was installed. Kaleb was the lead installer for our project and his customer service is second to none. He was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. He responded to every concern, issue, and request along the way which resulted in the project being completed to an extremely high standard. I was very impressed with Kaleb. Overall we felt that we received good value and great quality by using Rona / Unger Window and Door. We are very happy with our new windows and doors and we feel reassured that any issues we may experience in the future will be dealt with promptly by Unger Window and Door over the course of our 20 year warranty I would definitely recommend Unger Window and Door!

After buying a new home in Chilliwack, we realized that half the house had dark tinted windows. We found it to be to dark and depressing for our liking, and wanted to change out the glass. I called Unger for a quote, and they were so quick and getting prices - and ended up being way lower than I anticipated. Their attention to detail, through email, phone and install, was excellent from beginning to end. Our windows look great, the installers were nice and efficient, and those I have worked with from the office - from ordering to billing - have been clear and effective. Everything went as they planned. I would definitely recommend Unger, and use them again in the future.

My aunts had Unger come in and replace all of their very, very old windows on a house that was built in the 30's. Sean and Caleb did an excellent job!! They were both very efficient and friendly, and the windows look great. They take pride in their work and make sure they are putting forward their best efforts. They were both very communicative during the process, and even finished the job a day early! I would 100% recommend Unger for their work - expertise & customer service. Thanks guys!!
