Exceptional service! Windshield was replaced on time, ICBC claim handled easily, was provided a courtesy car while I waited, and they washed my truck! Friendly and professional, will be going back for any glass needs. Highly recommend this independent business.

Excellent customer service. They were quick to fit my car in to replace the cracked windshield. All paper work with ICBC was completed by staff. Everything was completed in a timely matter.
Great prices and service! Very professional and easy to deal with. They provided me with a free courtesy car, new wiper blades at no cost, washed car and vacuumed my car when they replaced my windshield. I would strongly recommend Tom Thompson Auto Glass as their prices were the best in town and their service was excellent.
Great and friendly staff, including thier chocolate lab Bruce. Was in and out in 15 mins, they fixed my rock chip in my winshield, great service!!
Excellent service!! And great price!. Window was broken at near by hotel overnight, they had the replacement ordered and installed, and truck cleaned ready to go by check out time (11am) - very impressed! Highly recommended.
