I added a ticket to an existing order, Ticketmaster gave me the amount due, I gave them authorization to charge my credit card for that amount. They took 60.30 more than what they said the cost would be! Now I'm fighting to get that 60.30 back. Pretty sure if you take more money from someone without permission it is stealing...shame on you Ticketmaster.

Impossible to get a refund after cancelling everything from covid!!!! So frustrating
Trying to speak to a person is impossible. Ticketmaster use to be great, not any longer. I'll probably never go to another one of their events ever again.
