If you're looking to invest or looking for different ways to make your money work for you I can without a doubt recommend Philip Jernigan. He is a wealth of knowledge and great for helping guide first time investors or can teach long term investors some new tricks of the trade. He also helped connect me with a associate to get a mortgage set up in a very timely fashion. Makes me sad to see the other low-star reviews from the front counter when you have such a stellar individual in the back.

UN REAL!!! I was helping my elderly Aunt with her walker and she had a significant cash deposit to make. I went to get the service to help her in so she is safe she can hardly walk. The lady at the service counter denied her entry and did not care at all to help this woman and long time customer! I told her to grab a brain...I was stunned. I demanded the manager and she stonewalled me and in front of all the other customers said she can just sit it out, outside. I hope you both are severely reprimanded and punished by Scotia bank for this sad excuse for \customer service\ I will be phoning corporate and sending a letter of my disgust. The manager flat out said she didn't care if she was in her 70s and suffering a disability. BRUTAL!!
I misplaced my card so I didnt have my bank number and I asked them not to shut me out of my online banking cause that's the only way I had been able to access my account ..and they blocked me out ,of everything. And wouldnt make me an appointment so that I could come in before 3 and not have to stand in line forever waiting. When sometimes the lines are all down the side of the building.and they wouldnt make the aptmnt. I am on disability due to a bad car accident in 2008..and yesterday I should have gotten my money direct deposit ..(which I really need to survive. Pay storage rent cell phone internet Food hydro etc. ) and now I dont even know if my money came through. Cuz they have my account so frozen .cuz I didnt have my number on hand but had the answers to every question and more ! and i had asked them or actually I TOLD them NOT to freeze my account.. BS!
The hours are not at all convenient if you work full-time and can only come in after 4 and weekends.
When i was asking for my bank statements...the one who assisted me...is not at all interested in doing it.....she might be good at other jobs...but not customer service....she is horrible at it
