Poor quality ink in new "compatible" cartridge. Ink would not print in my Epson printer so I returned to the store looking for a refund. Manager stated this "compatible" ink cartridge is just as good as Epson cartridges so the problem must be my printer. Manager offered to sell me a printer from his store for a discount but would NOT give me a refund on the ink cartridge I bought from his store a couple of days earlier. I told manager that Epson cartridges work properly in my printer but "compatible" cartridges don't print. This store does not sell Epson cartridges, so the manager talked me into buying the "compatible" cartridge instead which I regret buying and can't use which cost me 32 plus taxes. Never going to buy anything from this business again.

Oddly enough, the man working there told the lady in front of me that her cartridge was broken and she needed a new one, look there is a pattern here. Also, the store is filthy.

I have also has this business tell me that my cartridges could not be refilled and that i should buy new ones. No problems ever refilling them with other places! Liers!

3 times this place has told me my cartridges were no good but I could buy new ones. Scammer. I have had no issues with other refillers in town.
