The team at Rebel Concepts is awesome. My 8 year old is super jazzed on rock crawlers, and we’ve been in to the store countless times to look at what they have and window shop. Each time we come in, every staff member is super helpful and happy to talk with him; not once did they ignore or dismiss him, even though he had no realistic chance of getting anything. After a few months, my son had saved enough to buy an entry-level rock crawler. We went into the store to pick it up, and the guys there were so genuinely excited for him! They are obviously passionate about what they do and what they sell. Excellent service definitely makes lifelong customers!

knowledgeable staff, great service. I would highly recommend buying your RC and parts from Rebel. I bought a new X Maxx for my wife's Christmas present. They even put on some XT90 connectors on the ESC included with my purchase. If you want a store that will go the extra mile to make your experience the best it can be do yourself a favor and visit the store.

Excellent service friendly staff have never had issue with rebel. If they do t have they do what ever they can to get it I live 4 hours away from the store and they are my go to place to get my addiction fix
