Dealt with this downtown branch for 25 years. Fabulous staff and customer service but the phone tree is something that needs work. As I live in the Fraser Canyon and don't have easy branch access, perhaps Hope BC could serve as another location? RCBs best services are offered overseas when traveling. Truly amazing.

Three times I've stopped here to the drive thru atm to make a deposit and the only function of the atm NOT working is making deposits... This has only been an issue since the new touch screen one. Put the old one back in since it was never down. Extremely frustrating...

Honestly never came out of an RBC branch feeling content. I know it’s not the teller’s fault for the company policies but if you can’t do something please just tell me no. I really don’t need a 10 minute explanation and dodging around for a yes/no question.
