Went there to get my daughters bike fixed because it had a bunch of problems. I don’t feel up sold or taken advantage of. They seemed very honest about the bikes issues.

Wonderful place to take your bike. Excellent service and excellent knowledge of bicycles. I think this is the best place to be to find any information you need. Lots of great stuff as well. Very impressed.

Small business love My stroller tire was broken. I called Jack's cycle when they opened at 9:30 am. I was told to bring it straight down. The guy working came out to the car and got the stroller, took it in and was brought it back within 5 minutes. He didn't even charge me. I am so appreciative especially in times like these when the stroller is part of our sanity breaks for the day Please support them for all your biking and other needs
