While I was at work this morning somebody broke my passenger side window. Not something you want to deal with just before Christmas when the weather is especially bad. A friend at work recommended Insta Glass. I usually go with the competition that give air miles but in this case I am so glad I did not. I phoned to order a replacement window and was expecting to hear that it would be a few days. Instead I was told that the window would be there the same afternoon!! I brought my car and was given a courtesy car to take back to work. When my shift was over I was able to go pick up my repaired car. I can’t tell you how relieved I was knowing that in a major snowfall I wouldn’t have to drive around with plastic covering my window. This company went above and beyond to help me while I was in dire need. Then to top it all off they gave me a gift of chocolates and wine. I felt like I should be giving them a gift for what they did for me. My car was clean, warm and driven to the door for me. I drove away so thankful to have experienced such exceptional service. Who cares about air miles when you are treated so amazing?!

Took in our Chevy Cruze for a much needed windshield replacement. Great service cleaned our car free wipers and a few chocolates . Thank you very much .
Got me in at the last minute for a windshield replacement, which was awesome and gave me a nice little Toyota loaner car. When I came to pick up my vehicle, the interior was amazing. The carpets had been washed and it was so clean, also smelled so good. They gave me a tube of chocolates, new wiper blades and an interior detail along with my sparkling clear windshield. Impressed is an understatement, would certainly recommend Insta Glass for any future business :)
We took our car here when our back window was smashed and they did a great job replacing it. A couple weeks later my husband went here to pick up a small piece of glass for a shadow box he is making. The box is for a memorial for my brother’s baby that recently passed. I don’t think they knew this at insta glass, but they gave my husband the piece of glass for free. We just really appreciated their kindness and good service.
Had a rock chip repaired & I was blown away with the added touches of a complete interior sweep, time & overall service the team at Insta Glass does. Honest, professional & straightforward. Would highly recommend you pay them a visit!
