Not to negate the bad reviews because we feel how we do and rate accordingly but my experience was great. We have just moved to Chilliwack and right away someone was in our guest house. I called this company Saturday despite what I read. They called me back the same day and were able to come out on Monday and the doors are fixed. Thanks so much. I'm glad i took the chance. I doubt anyone would have done it sooner. Ken was really helpful and answered all my questions. Thanks guys!!! \u003c3

Called. Spoke to representative. Said he'd call first and come out the following week.... .....never happened. What was the point of leaving a name and number? As a potential client all we want to do is spend money.
I have called and left messages and no one ever returns my call. I even went in and spoke with a gentleman who said they would come by ext week\ but they never showed.
