Thank you for everything you did for my husband. I can not explain how easy you made the transition when he came home and then how caring everyone was when he passed. I truly appreciate all of you. I am writing my first review today because I was at the store when the owners received a negative review. Because I’ve been there at least 15 times this year they didn’t shy away from sharing with me. They were so disappointed that all the negatives get posted and people tend to forget to write when it’s a positive experience. I can say that each time I’ve been there every customer has had a positive experience. The staff truly care. I don’t need to go back for now but I will be recommending them to friends/family and I hope they have great success in our community. Thanks again Wendy, Eric, & staff
Had a flat tire recently on my shoprider and couldn't get to the store. Ben came out to my home and he changed the tube in the tire, made sure that there was no damage to my wheel and answered all my many questions. Charged me much less than I was expecting and I'm mobile again!! The ladies I spoke to on the phone were helpful and knowledgeable. I will go to the store again and I had a great first experience. Thank you to all!!

I took my Fortress scooter there for repair. They told me the motor needed replacing. As they are not a Fortress authorized dealer, they could not honour the warranty so it was going to cost me about 800.00. Instead I shipped my scooter to the Vancouver store that sold it to me. They tested the motor and found it working perfectly. The problem instead was the throttle pot which they replaced at n/c. My scooter is now working perfectly. I'll never return to Discount Mediquip for repairs again.
