Came in cause someone without priorities spray painted my car and was scared it will cost me money to get repainted or redone to its original color. But one of the guys asked when it happened, I told him the immediate night, he said okay, let me have your car keys,I was scared cause I don't have the kind of money needed for a paint job atm hahaha. But I gave him,hoping to get a quote, next thing I saw was my car looking shiny and paint gone. I was wondering how did he do,but he told me and I was so excited ,he asked me not to pay him . It was an early Christmas gift to me he said. So do you think I won't be coming back if I have any issues again?. Definitely hahaha. The service was great and was prompt for situation i had not to pay. Which defines good customer service to me . It just 5stars satisfaction but I am much more satisfied
We took our luxury sports car to Craftsman Collision for repair. They're friendly, courteous and professional from the time we entered the front door until when we picked the vehicle up. The workmanship is impeccable. The office and shop staff are knowledgeable and experienced, delivering top quality service, a guarantee of thier repairs and valuable advice and recommendations related to the car.
