I am very impressed with the steps the food bank has taken to protecting the public and volunteers from the Covid pandemic. I do not go regularly but when I must I've been entirely pleased with the staff, their level of commitment to our community and their friendly supportive attitudes.

The women who has been working front desk for 10 years she said adamantly refused to acknowledge they were anything to do with the salvation army! She mocked me for googling the salvation army food bank phone number for chilliwack and it coming up as something else than their office number for their food bank. Than she said Where do I get all of my information\ ONLINE\???

When I found myself low on cash due to covid, The Salvation Army Community Food Bank was there to help you out through these hardship time. The people there was friendly and helped provide me with healthy grocery food to help you keep going and staying alive! Thank you Salvation Army in Chilliwack for helping our community survive during these hard time!
