I went in yesterday for a trim to fix a haircut I did myself at home (I know, I know!) and the girl chopped it up to above chin which was NOT what I asked for. I explained what I wanted AND showed a photo. I wasn’t even too upset about that. Initially when I left the salon, I was happy and I tipped and left a good review online. Turns out the bob only looked good because she blow dried and straightened it under. When I washed it and straightened it today myself, it’s sooooo bad, choppy and uneven. Worse than the cut I even did to myself. Except now it’s too short to even put up in a ponytail or bun. It’s so awful I don’t know if I should leave it? Or call the salon? I’m terrified to go back to get it fixed, I’ll end up with no hair left. Sidney was the stylist I had this done by.

I cannot sustain my arms over my head and have been having my hair washed and simple style. I left feeling pretty. I have had shingles twice last winter and the work, ill feeling,scars. The 2 women who really need to be in high end salons due to their skills,interaction,listening,offering input like long lost friends. I get this done once a week but the cost I can't do but once in 2 weeks. Single income family and I am a chronic nerve pain patient and advocate. I give detailed kudos to say they took amazing care of my needs and hair like I was royalty. I needed this badly guys and my heart is very grateful to you.️️️️️️️️️️️
