They Forgot the straw with my bubble tea. They keep them behind the counter, I had to argue with the employee to get him to give me one. Finally he said he would “give it to me this once” but next time they would charge me, 8 dollar drink, and they are harassing me over a 10 cent straw. Spoke with the manager over the absurdity. He told me that it was big orange policy. Guess I know what franchise I’m not going to anymore. Also I just adore the melancholic server and how the manager just sits behind the counter on his phone. The messy store front is also such a great lure for customers. Maybe they should fix those things before they start heckling customers over straws.

The staff was really nice and helps to choose from the menu, because the menu was really complicate and hard to understand, but if you ask the staff, they will give you a perfect suggestions, yesterday I asked them and they highly recommended the pina colada watermelon mix smoothie, that was the best drink that I've had in this summer, I'm sure I will come here to get a lot of then, really nice place to enjoy the AC inside and free time with friends.

We bought 5 drinks and they were all bad, not the same as other stores, drinks had bad taste and teas tasted like ice tea in a can pearls also bad. This place
