I signed onto the company in the understanding I was in a month to month contract... turns out it was a 5 year long contract they had me sign... my bad for not reading... they then loose my automatic withdrawl out of my bank account information I provided to them and proceed to chase me down for my Credit Card info... they never found my bank information and I continuously paid with my CC.... They constantly in correctly billed me for my services. During the cold snap my manure bin was frozen to the ground they asked me to empty it a little bit so there truck could pick it up easier... I was on holiday... I come back to deal with my bin which I was told had not been emptied to find it was... ok no big deal... maybe they came back for it and didnt call? Next bin I had emptied still had 1/4 of the manure left in it! I called the office and they were going to see what happened and fancy that.... no call back and no price adjustment... I paid for manure to be removed twice!!! I finally go to close my contract and it was next to impossibly to get a hold of a sales rep to do so. Now I am finishing closing out my account and they go and process my last payment on my CC for the INCORRECT amount and also do so without my permission. Worse experience ever.
